CONDITIONS
- The rates are per person and per program and are expressed in USD dollars.
- All rates are tax exempt for guests that are not residents in Chile and pay in foreign
currency.
- In case of single occupancy, the rate on each program has a 50% increase.
- Additional nights available upon request.
Each program includes
- Lodging.
- Breakfast, lunch, appetizer and dinner.
- Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
- Private outings with bilingual guides.
- Private transfers to and from Calama airport (CJC).
ADDITIONAL BEDS
IN RECTANGULAR SUITE ACCOMPANIED BY 2 ADULTS
- Children Up to the age of 5 complimentary.
- Children between 6 and 12 years of age, pay 30% of the regular rate.
- Children between 13 and 18 years of age, pay 50% of the regular rate.
Payment
30% prepayment upon confirmation. The balance must be fully paid 30 days prior to arrival to Awasi.
Cancellation Fees
Till 61 days prior arrival: USD 50 per person.
60 – 31 days prior arrival: 20% of Rack Rate.
30 – 21 days prior arrival: 50% of Rack Rate.
20 – 00 days prior arrival: 100% of Rack Rate.
Check – in & Check – out
Check – in is at 4:00 PM.
We recommend arriving to Calama Airport after 2:00 PM.
Check – out is al 12:00 PM.
